Hmm, as i have anticipated in my last biannual journal, i have turned 18 yaaaaaaaay. this is this summer's main piece of news.

march was boring

in may i went to Istanbul as a part of my mother's annual dentistry congress. i had the most amazing of times, being positively awestruck by the beauty and nevertheless wildness of this city (which, as a quick did-you-know-that, has around the same population my COUNTRY does). the cultural differences are obviously present but not obnoxiously challenging, the people are nice and utterly welcoming. it was the first time i have allegedly been to another continent (even if it was only for an hour and by bus). i had the privilege of staying in a great hotel in the very centre of Istanbul, even though the view from my window was rubbish.

here we go again

june - school ended, not to brag but i did have the highest grades in my year, along with my Adeluta

and since june .. it has been a ridiculously pleasant routine, interrupted by my trip in greece with my friends and the one in Prague. as i was looking forward to, the summer holiday was full of fun and joy and pink butterflies (a well deserved treat after a year of hard work - yeah right!)

i also got to see Achi this summer (told you about him although you most probably don't remember, he has left my school in order to go to the UK and become a porn star - that turned out really well )) ..

in sadder news, on the 14th of September I started what is my last school year, my senior year, decisive year, make-or-break year - WHATEVER
i have already a tooter at biology (since i'm going to medical school) and until November me and my year-mates have to organise a "ball" for our freshmen. yeeeey

i guess that's rather all for the past few months, bore you again in half a year's time !!
